How do I know this is right for me?

We only work with early-stage B2B SaaS founders who have an existing product. If that’s you and you’re struggling with growth or could do with some support, book a call with one of the founders and let’s have a chat.

If you’re at the idea stage, you’re not building a software product, or you’re building a consumer mobile app, we won’t be a good fit for you right now.

We operate a freemium/trial/sales model, is this suitable for me?

Whether you’re operating a product-led or sales-led model, we can help you. Our playbooks include how to improve product growth as well as how to build a sales process and manage a sales team.

What does the community involve?

All founders in the GrowSaaS program are invited to a private Slack community where we share knowledge, tactics and keep each other accountable. We regularly invite guest speakers who host discussions and workshops and plan to arrange in-person events in the near future.

How does the specialist coaching work?

When you join you are invited to a private Slack channel with both of the GrowSaaS founders where we will communicate on a regular basis, create a roadmap together and keep you accountable towards your goals. We host multiple calls every week to dive into prepared topics and have discussions about wins, losses and current challenges. In the very near future we will be introducing weekly calls with coaches who are subject matter experts, for example a product manager who specialises in user onboarding or a senior software engineer who can help with team management and technical issues.
